IIM Udaipur Course Details with Eligibility Criteria

MBA

• Qualifying exam: CAT, GMAT, or GRE
• Any UG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university

One year MBA

• Qualifying exams: GMAT/GRE
• For IIMU + Purdue option: Cleared Class 12 and 4 years of university education with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream
• For IIMU option: Cleared Class 12 and 3 years of university education with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream
• – Minimum work experience of 36 months

PhD

• Qualifying exams: CAT/GMAT/GATE/GRE/UGC NET
• A master’s degree in any stream with at least 55% aggregate and a bachelor’s /equivalent qualification with at least 50% aggregate, CA/ ICWA/ CS with 50% marks in aggregate. BE/ B.Tech/ B.Arch with 6.5 CGPA

MBA GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management)

• Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with 3 years of work experience
• Selection Criteria: Valid score in GRE or GMAT

Selection Criteria for MBA at IIM Udaipur

The admission process has multiple stages:

• CAT Examination
• Personal Appearance (PA) process includes Written Analysis (WA) and Personal Interview (PI).
• Merit List based on CAT score, PI & WA score and Profile

Personal Appearance: MBA admission criteria of the Institute will consider the following weights:

• Written Ability Test (WAT): 0%
• Personal Interview (PI): 15%
  Candidates who do not obtain certain minimum scores in the WAT & PI will not be considered for the merit list. The minimum scores will be decided by IIM Udaipur at its discretion.

IIM Udaipur Admission Process

• IIM Udaipur admission to its two-year flagship MBA course is based on a valid score in CAT. Those selected on the basis of CAT cutoff are shortlisted for Personal Appearance (PA), which is a common process for all IIMs participating in the Common Application Process (CAP). For final selection, a merit list is prepared after calculating the scores of various components, such as CAT, Personal Interview (PI), Written Ability Test (WAT), along with profile score of the candidates.
