Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is a public business school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management by the Government of India. IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programs in management.

IIM Lucknow Admission Process

IIM Lucknow offers admission to all its courses via online mode of application. Candidates seeking admission are required to appear for the course-specific entrance exam for selection. Final admission is granted on the basis of further rounds that are inclusive of written assessment and interview. Details around course-wise IIM Lucknow admission process are as follows:

• Final selection to PGP and PGP-ABM is subject to a qualifying score in CAT exam followed by a Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI)
• Shortlisted candidates of PGP-SM are required to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP), the form for which is made available online during the admission season. Final selection takes place on the basis of a valid score in CAT followed by WAT and PI rounds.
• Admission to PGPWE is based on the scores obtained by the students in GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ GATE/ PGPWE Entrance Exam followed by a WAT and PI round.
• For IPMX programme, admission is offered based on GMAT scores. Further, candidates are required to go through WAT and PI after which final merit scores are calculated to offer final admission to selected candidates.

IIM Lucknow Eligibility

MBA
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for candidates belonging to reserved category)
Selection Criteria: CAT + WAT + PI

PGP-ABM
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Agri. Science/ Agricultural Engg. or allied subjects with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ PwD)
Selection Criteria: 2 years experience in Agriculture + CAT+ GD/ PI

PGP-SM
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)
Selection Criteria: 2-year professional experience + CAT+ WAT and PI

PGPWE (Noida Campus)
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
Selection Criteria: 3 Year Working Experience + GMAT/ GRE/ CAT/ XAT/ GATE + WAT and PI

FPM
Eligibility: Masters’ Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent grade point
Selection Criteria: GATE/ GRE/ GMAT/ JRF/ SRF(UGC/ CSIR/ ICAR)

EFPM (Noida Campus)
Eligibility: Postgraduate Degree IIM Lucknow With 55% marks in case of Non-Engineering candidates and a Graduate degree with 65% marks for Candidates holding a B.Tech/ B.E Degree.
