AME CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for AME CET 2024 are as follows:

• Candidates should pass 10+2 Board exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or equivalent AICTE approved 3-years engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in science with PCM at the time of admission.
• Candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent marks in 10+2 in PCM or equivalent.
• Candidates who are eligible for admission in B. Tech Courses are also eligible for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course.
• Candidate age should be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission.
• Candidate must not have colour blindness and any physical disabilities.

Steps to fill the application form for AME CET 2024

Follow these steps to fill the application form for AME CET 2024:

Online application

1. Visit the official website of AME CET.
2. Fill in the required information given on the application form and submit it.
3. Candidates also have to upload the documents like mark sheets, age proof, id proof, photographs.
4. After submitting the necessary documents, pay the application fee through Credit/Debit or Net Banking.
5. Candidates should check the details filled in the application form and then submit it.

Application Fee

The AME Entrance Examination Fee for AME CET 2024 is Rs. 1000/- for Male of the General and OBC categories. 800/- for Female candidates of all categories and SC/ST candidates.

The applicants can make the payment online mode by using a Credit/debit card/ Net Banking while submitting the On-Line Application.

AME CET 2024 Exam Pattern

Applicants need to prefer the exam pattern for better preparation of the examination and the exam pattern details mentioned below.

• AME CET consists of 90 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions).
• The questions will be asked from topics of Physics, Chemistry Mathematics, English, and General Awareness.
• AME CET question papers will be in both Hindi and English medium, but the English version shall be considered final in case of any ambiguity.
• AME Entrance Exam will be held in online as well as offline mode.
• There is negative marking for incorrect answers. 4 marks are awarded for correct answers and 1 mark is deducted for incorrect answers.

AME CET 2024 Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download their AME CET 2024 Admit Card from the official website of the competent authority after the application process will be over. Candidates must check the given points regarding the call letter:

• Candidates are advised to get their admit card from the official website only.
• Admit card would not be sent on the candidate’s email id or mobile number or via any other medium.
• Applicants must keep their Registered email id and password with safety.
• A printout of the downloaded hall ticket must be brought to the Test Centre as without that, candidates would not be allowed to enter the hall.
• The Admit Card or Admission Ticket of AME CET 2024 must be carefully preserved by the Candidate and produced at the time of Admission if required by the Admitting Institute.

How to Download AME CET Admit Card 2024

To access and download the AME CET 2024 admit card, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Click on the AME CET 2024 Admit Card direct link provided above

Step 2: Enter the login credentials –Registration Number and Registered Mobile Number.

Step 3: After entering the details, the AME CET 2024 admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Before downloading the AME CET 2024 admit card, candidates must verify all the details given in the admit card.

Step 5: Download and take a print out of AME CET admit card for future reference.

ID Documents Required with AME CET 2024 Admit Card

On the day of the entrance exam, candidates are required to bring any one of the following photo-ID proofs along with the AME CET 2024 admit card:

• Aadhaar card
• Voters Identity card
• PAN card
• School ID card
• Passport
• Driving License

AME CET 2024 Result:

• Based on the performance of the aspirants, a separate merit list would be prepared.
• Scorecard with total marks in each subject and AIR shall be released on the official website after the declaration of result.
• According to the conducting body, every year some percentage of the seats are reserved for Girls and for a 3-year Engineering Diploma holding aspirants.
