Easy process to fill BFUHS 2024 Application Form 

• BFUHS 2024 Application Form will be released in the month of September 2024.
• Form can be done until the Last week of September 2024.
• Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Form will be available in online mode on the official website of the university.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification: Completed the HSC exam in science stream

Domicile: Students should be a permanent resident of Punjab state to appear for the entrance exam.

Gender of students: Only female applicants can appear.

Subjects: English along with physics, chemistry, and biology subjects must be a compulsory subject in the HSC exams.

Qualifying marks: You should score not less than 45% marks in the HSC exams.

Appearing applicants: Appearing students are also eligible to appear for the entrance exam.

MBBS/BDS

• For MBBS/BDS, the candidates have to be passed in 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board of education.
• A relaxation of 10% marks for SC/ST Candidates and relaxation of 5% marks for disabled persons is also given.

For B.Sc. Nursing

• For B.Sc. Nursing, the candidates have to be passed in 10+2 examination with PCB and English with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognised board of education. Candidate should not be less than 17 years.
• For B.Sc. Anatomy, Physiology & Bio-Chemistry, the candidates have to be passed in 10+2 examination with PCB and English with taking a minimum of 50% marks in each subject individually from a recognised board of education.
• Entrance Exam of PPMET and physical counselling should be qualified by the candidate for B.Sc. Nursing.

For B. Pharma

• For B. Pharma, the candidates have to be passed in 10+2 examination with PCB or PCM and English with taking a minimum of 45% marks from a recognised board of education.
• Candidates should have done a Diploma Course in Pharmacy with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/PWD Candidates) so that they can opt for Lateral B. Pharmacy Course.
• Admission to both theseis be given on the basis of merit in last qualifying examination.

PHD

• Candidates have to complete a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised institution or university.
• Course should be in the relevant stream.
• Admission to this course is given on the basis of merit in last qualifying examination.
• Entrance Exam of PHDET should be qualified by the candidate.

Reservation Criteria:

For B.Sc. Nursing (PPMET-2024)

For being eligible for B.Sc. Nursing course, the candidate has to apply for PPMET -2024. It has to be done in the online mode only. Follow the given steps for applying:

• Click on the official website.
• Click on the course you want to apply for.
• Click on “New Registration”
• Register for PPMT 2024 exam and fill in all the required details and click on submit.
• Make the registration fee payment through any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce through the Bank Challan form which will be generated after the online submission of the application form.

MPT Admission/How to Apply

• Visit the official website.
• Download the application form from the website.
• Take a print out of the form and fill it.
• After filling, submit the form along with the Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences of the amount INR 5000 (INR 2500 for SC category), Faridkot and the xerox copies of the related documents with self attestation.

For B.Pharm Admission/How to Apply

1. For applying to the B.Pharma course, the candidate has to start by paying the registration fees at any Oriental Bank of Commerce branch by using specified bank challan form (available at the university’s website).
2. Then the candidate has to fill the application form online by clicking on  “Admission to B. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) on the official website.
3. After filling the application form, take a print out of it and send it by post or by hand to “The Principal, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Sadiq Road, Faridkot-151 203 (Punjab)”.

For MBBS/BDS Admission/How to Apply

• Visit the official website and after that click on ‘new registration’.
• Now, fill all the personal, academic details in it carefully.
• Upload your documents and pay the application fee of INR 1500 (INR 800 for SC/ST/PWD Candidates).
• Now, print the form for future use and click on final submit.

For MD/MS/MDS  Admission/How to Apply

• Open the Application form for MD/MS/MDS  Course.
• Now, fill all the personal, academic details in it carefully.
