Bachelor of Science – Genetics | Microbiology | Biochemistry (BSc.)

  • Duration: 3 years (6 Semesters)

  • The necessary qualification for the Bsc. course at AIMS Institutes, Bangalore is that the student who should have passed PUC or an equivalent exam and should preferably possess good communication skills.

PCMB – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology

  • PCMB Course Duration : 2 Years (10+2).
  • Candidates who have passed SSLC or equivalent examination approved by the Board of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka shall be eligible for admission to our Pre-University PCMB course.
  • Students should have studied Mathematics & Science as compulsory subjects.

CEBA – Computer Science, Economics, Business Studies and Accountancy

  • Duration : 2 Years
  • Candidates who have passed SSLC or equivalent examination approved by the Board of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka shall be eligible for admission to Pre-University.

Masters in Financial Analysis (MFA)

  • Duration: 2 years (4 Semesters)
  • A candidate who has passed the B.Com/B.B.M/BBA/BBS Degree examination of Bangalore University or of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto and has secured not less than 50% of the marks in the aggregate shall be eligible for admission to the course.

Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA)

  • Duration: 3 years (6 Semesters)

  • The necessary qualification for the BBA course at AIMS Institutes, Bangalore is that the student who should have passed PUC or an equivalent exam and should preferably possess good communication skills.

Master of Computer Application (MCA)

  • Duration: 3 years (6 Semesters)
  • The eligibility criteria for Students from Karnataka General Quota is a 50% aggregate & above in graduation
  • The student needs to secure 50% aggregate In Maths / Statistics / Comp.Sc./ Comp. Prog. / Comp. Applic. / Bus. Maths / Bus. Stats.(Either At 10 + 2 or Degree Level) to be eligible for MCA admissions

  • A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.
  • An honors degree under 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized university under UGC Act with at least 50% marks in aggregate including languages
  • Candidates who have passed Bachelor/ Master degree through correspondence / Open University System from this university or from any other university, recognized by law, are exempted from 10+2 pattern. The duration of the degree programme must be 3 + 2 years
  • Exams Accepted: CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, PGCET, GMAT

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

  • A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.
  • An honors degree under 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized university under UGC Act with at least 50% marks in aggregate including languages
  • Candidates who have passed Bachelor/ Master degree through correspondence / Open University System from this university or from any other university,recognized by law, are exempted from 10+2 pattern. The duration of the degree programme must be 3 + 2 years
  • The PGDM admission criteria are based on the valid score of PGDM PGCET / CAT / MAT / ATMA or any state approved admission test.

Master of Commerce (M.Com)

Duration: 2 years (4 Semesters)

  • A candidate who has passed the B.Com / B.B.M. degree examination from a recognized university
  • A candidate who has secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in commerce subjects in all the examinations of the B.Com / B.B.M. course

Ph.D – Doctoral Programmes

  • Duration : 3 Years(minimum)
  • ENTRANCE TEST: Admission to Ph.D. shall be through an Entrance Test.
  • A candidate shall have Masters Degree or any other Degree / Diploma of the University or any other Degree / Diploma of any other University / Institution recognized as equivalent thereto, with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or an equivalent Grade. However, this condition is relaxed to 50% in case of :
  • SC/ST/Cat-I candidates.
  • In service candidates with a minimum of five years of regular experience associated with teaching profession as teachers/ library professionals/ physical education instructors/ laboratory staff in educational institutions

The following documents are required at the time of admission:

  • Marks sheet of S.S.L.C or equivalent
  • Transfer Certificate from the previous institution
  • Conduct Certificate & 5 Passport Size & 3 Stamp size photographs at the time of admission & Migration Certificate ( if applicable)
