Nagaland University is a Central University established in the state of Nagaland by an Act of Parliament by the Government of India in 1989. It is headquartered at Lumami, Zunheboto. Two other permanent campuses are at Kohima and Medziphema. Also there is a temporary campus in Dimapur where B.Tech courses are offered. Nagaland University is a central university that offers all major courses across all streams. Nagaland University – Course Details with Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech
Admission into B.Tech, candidates must have passed in 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Biology with minimum 50% marks.

B.Sc
For admission into B.sc (Hons.) Agriculture, candidates must have passed 10+2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ 10+2 in Agriculture/Physics, Chemistry and Agriculture or equivalent with 50% marks for General and OBC candidates, and 45% marks for SC/ST/PWDs candidates in aggregate

MA
For admission into M.A /M.Sc/M.Com/ M.Ed, candidates must have passed three-year Degree Course with Honours/Major with 50% (45% for SC/ST categories) marks and for General stream students of Arts, Commerce and Science with 55% (50% for SC/ST categories) in the concerned subject

LLM
candidates must have LLB degree with 55% (50% for SC/ST categories) of marks under 10+2+3 pattern or Five years integrated course under 10+2+5 pattern

MBA
Admission to MBA at Nagaland University, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.

Being on merit, the applicant needs to appear for the entrance test commenced by the university
