The University has 654 acres campus, situated near Kadaganchi village in the district of Kalaburagi, Karnataka State. It is claimed that CUK is the first Central University to move to its permanent campus in a short time among the new ones. . CUK is a central university and offers admission in UG/PG and doctorate level courses. The Central University of Karnataka Programs is offered in five major areas- Arts, Humanities, Management, Sciences, and Engineering. The CUK campus houses state-of-the-art infrastructure, including hostels for men and women, cafeteria, bank, ATM, healthcare facility, and a library. BA

• Aspirants with a bachelor degree and/or in master degree, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from a recognised university and have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the Central Universities Common Entrance Test

M.Tech

• Candidates must hold a BTech/BE (Hons) degree equivalent degree in electronics engineering with at least 50% marks aggregate and have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the Central Universities Common Entrance Test.

M.B.A

• Aspirants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% marks aggregate and have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the Central Universities Common Entrance Test.

Ph.D.

• Aspirants must have passed M.Phil. with course work or master’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the Central Universities Common Entrance Test

Application Form

In order to be part of admission process to the Central University of Karnataka, the students need to fill the application form for CUET 2024 in an online mode on the official website of the examination conducting body, i.e. NTA CUET 2024. The admission process for Central University of Karnataka starts after CUET 2024 results are declared. The students must keep in mind the following steps in order to apply online.

Steps to be followed by the candidates:

• Visit the CUK official website.
• Click on ‘Apply Online’.
  There are two options-New registration and Already registered users.
• After that, log in on the official website and enter the asked details.
• Next, upload the images.
• Upon clicking on New Registration, a registration window appears.
• Fill the registration form and submit it.
• A user ID and password are sent to the registered mobile number.
• Login with the login credentials provided and fill the application form.

• Marksheets and certificate of 10^th and 12^th
• Provisional certificate of under graduation degree, Master’s degree, and M.Phil degree (if any).
• Work experience proof (if applicable).
• SC/ST caste certificate.

Central University of Karnataka UG Admission Process 2024

• The first step required for the admission process in the Central University of Karnataka is to fill the admission form for the required course.
• The admissions to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses are done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
• The students need to submit an application fee of INR 1000 for regular courses if they represent the general category. The fee for SC/ST candidates in INR 450 and there is no application fee for the students belonging to PwD categories.
• After the declaration of the result by CUET, the Central University of Karnataka will release the merit list for all the courses offered. The merit list will be displayed on the official website of the Central University of Karnataka.
• All the students whose names appear in the merit list released by the Central University of Gujarat are eligible to take admission in their selected course.
