- Fresh Graduates from recognized universities
- Graduates or post graduates with work experience in private organizations
- Candidates sponsored by member Industry of VignanaJyothi.
- Working executives, from Government departments and PSUs, with more than 5 years’ service. They are expected to join the parent organization after the successful completion of the program.

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation and qualified in any All India Management Entrance Test like CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT.
