Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) is held by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The engineering entrance exam is conducted every year for admissions into its 4 years B. Tech degree. The courses offered in its campuses in Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai and Coimbatore.

Application Form
Amrita University Admission 2024 Application Form is available through both online and offline mode. The online application form shall be available on the official website of the university website. The printed OMR application form shall be available from the sale outlets, (Dhanalaxmi Bank, Federal Bank, and post office) besides the counter of the university. The last date of submission of the application form will be April 2024.
How to Fill the Online Application Form for AEEE 2024?
Step 1st – Registration: Candidates visit the official website www.amrita.edu. Now, candidates need to complete the registration process by submitting basic details like e-mail ID and phone number.
Step 2nd – Fill AEEE 2024 Application Form: After registration, candidates need to fill the application form by providing personal detail. Thereafter, candidates will have to select an exam centre as per their choice.
Step 3rd – Upload Images: Upon completing the registration and filling the application form, candidates need to now upload the required documents in the format prescribed there.
Step 4th – Pay Application Form Fee: The final step of the AEEE application form is to pay the application fee. Candidates can make payment of the application fee using net banking, credit card, debit card, or netbanking.

The application fee for AEEE is Rs.1000/- which you can pay using credit/debit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.
APPLICATION CORRECTION
- Candidates will be provided a facility to make corrections in their application form particulars.
- It is a one-time facility and is extended to the candidates to avoid any hardship to them.
- Candidates will be able to edit all the particulars of their Online Application except the mobile number and email id.
- The correction facility will be available as notified.

AEEE Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed or appeared in class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Qualifying Marks: Candidates should obtain 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
- Subjects Required: Candidates must have studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry and also obtain 55% in each of these three subjects in class 12th
- AGE: Candidates’ date of birth should fall on or after July 1, 2000.
AEEE 2024 Eligibility for NRI Applicants
- NRI, PIO, and Foreign candidates are exempted from appearing in the examination. However, NRI- Sponsored candidates (those who are pursuing 10+2 education in India but whose either parent is an NRI) are required to appear in the entrance test.
Exam Pattern
- Mode of Exam: both online (computer-based test) as well as offline mode (pen and paper-based written test)
- Duration of Exam: 2 and a half hrs duration only by the formal experts.
- Language of Exam: The aspirants will have to appear for the entrance exam in the English language only.
- Total Number of Questions 100 questions in total.
- Total Marks: maximum of 300 marks as decided by the formal experts.
- Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions will be asked by the formal experts in the question paper of the entrance exam.
- Marking Scheme: 3 marks will be awarded to the aspirants for each correct answer given in the entrance exam.
- Negative Marking: Each incorrect answer given by the aspirant in the entrance exam will be deducted with 1 mark.

AEE Result
The results of AEEE 2024 has been announced by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham through online mode. Candidates can check their results from the University portal. No candidate are provided result or rank card through post.
Candidates who qualify the minimum qualifying marks will be called for counselling process. On the basis of AEEE 2024 Score, University gets shortlist the candidates for various engineering streams according to the merit.
