Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers Exam is a B.Tech level examination which is recognized by both State and Central Governments. If an individual successfully clear all the subjects in both the sections then he will be declared as qualified graduate engineer. It is an engineering exam test commenced every year twice based on the pattern AMIE winter exam and AMIE summer exam. Step 1: At first, candidates required to visit the official website of AMIE (@ www.ieindia.org)
Step 2: On the home page, click on the “AMIE Registration.”
Step 3: Proceed to fill up all the details such as Name, Valid Email Id, and Mobile Number and then click on the “Submit” option.
Step 4: candidates will receive a unique registration ID for their mail ID.
Step 5: After the registration process concludes, candidates can fill the application form.
Step 6: candidates must upload the scanned images of the educational documents and passport-sized photo and signature as per the prescribed specifications.
Step 7: Once the application form is filled up with the accurate details and after uploading the documents in the proper format, candidates required to preview the details once before clicking on submit option
Step 8: candidates required to pay the AMIE application fee charges, and the application fees payment can be made through online mode by using any one of the payment methods (Net Banking / Credit Card/ Debit Card)
Offline Mode:
- Applicants should download application form from the official site that is www.amieindia.in or from your admission pack.
- Application should be filled in given format with required information.
- Pay your fee through demand draft write your ST/T number and name in the reverse side of DD.
- Select your preferred examination center and note down code number of that center
- Filled in application form along with demand draft and copies of other documents should be submitted to the address tuned below.

AMIE 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants should have completed HSC or PDC (Pre Degree course).
Applicants should have appeared in physics Chemistry & math’s and achieved a minimum of forty-fifth marks.
Also, the candidates who have completed the 3-year polytechnic institute diploma in any division of engineering also are eligible.

AMIE 2024 Admit Card

- Institution of Engineers, India has released the admit card for students appearing for AMIE Summer 2021 Exam.
- Candidates can download the AMIE admit card from the official website of IEI, ieindia.org.
- In order to download the admit card, candidates have to enter the membership number.
- The students are required to print out the AMIE admit card and carry it to the exam centre. Along with the admit card, a student is required to carry identity card, issued by IEI, while appearing for the exam.
- Identity card contains the following details: name of the member, membership grade & number, postal address, signature and photograph of candidate.
Result
The result of the test is released by the Institution of Engineers (India) within 14 weeks after the exam’s completion. The AMIE Summer 2024 Exam result can be seen on the IEI’s official website, ieindia.org. The results are also available at the IEI’s state or local centres. Candidates that receive a “C” or higher are considered successful. The result includes a list of qualifying candidates as well as the disciplines in which they excelled. Re-valuation requests are not accepted; however, verification of answer scripts can be requested to check for totalling errors in the evaluation. This can only be done within 15 days of receiving the AMIE results.
