- Mode of Exam: The examination will be organized through computer-based mode.
- Sections: There will be a total of three sections, i.e., Part A – General Knowledge & Mental Ability, Part B – Current Affairs & Part C- Aptitude for the Study of Law.
- No. & Type of Questions: A total of 120 objective type questions will be asked in the exam.
- Medium: The examination will be conducted in English and Telugu languages.
- Duration: The exam duration will be a total of 90 minutes (one and a half hours).

AP LAWCET 2024 Answer Key
Andhra Pradesh Law Entrance Test 2024 Answer Key will be published online on the official website along with the response key and question papers. Candidates do not need to enter any login credentials to download the AP LAWCET answer key 2024. Preliminary answer key will be released after few days of the exam. Officials provide the facility to raise objection against preliminary answer key via email. AP LAWCET 2024 Counselling
Candidates who have qualified in AP LAWCET 2024 Exam will be called for AP Lawcet counselling. Candidate has to give options of law colleges which are available for his/her rank. The seat will be allotted in chosen colleges, if available for the rank of the candidate. AP Lawcet 2024 Counselling is expected to be conducted next month.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria for AP LAWCET 2024
Candidates have to meet the following criteria to be eligible for AP LAWCET 2024:
Nationality:
- Candidates should be Indian nationals and satisfy local/non-local status requirements as per Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions Order, 1974.
Age Limit:
- There is no upper age limit for AP LAWCET 2024.
- For the 5-year LLB programme, must be 17 years.
- For the 3-year LLB programme, must be 21 years.
AP LAWCET 2024 Eligibility for 5-year LL.B Programme
- Candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from any recognised state or central board.
- Candidates belonging to General/OBC category – 45% marks
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST category – 40%
AP LAWCET 2024 Eligibility Norms for 3-year LL.B Programme
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any subject from a State or Central University.
