Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 45%

BSc
Class 12 from a state board with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Mathematics/ Biology and PCM

BTech

• Qualifying exam: KEAM
• Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% in PCM/ B

BCom 

• Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 70%

BBA
Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% in case of SC/ ST candidates)

MSC

• Qualifying exam: University Entrance Test
• BSc in the relevant stream from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 55%

MTech

• Qualifying exam: University conducted entrance exam
• BE/ BTech in relevant stream from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 55%

MBA
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks

MCA
Eligibility: BCA or Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Engineering with 50% marks

Ph.D.
Eligibility: M.Phil/ Master’s degree with at least 55% in the relevant subjects

Students can follow these simple steps to apply for UG and PG admission

Step 1. Visit the official website of Calicut University http://cuonline.ac.in/

Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link for UG/PG entrance exam 2024

Step 3. On the next page, click on new registration and fill in all the details required like name, age, gender, and other personal details.

Applicants must enter the valid phone number and mail id during the registration.

Step 4. Upload all the scanned documents like qualifying exam mark sheet, date of birth proof, and colored photograph. Submit the application form

Step 5. Pay the required application fee and save a copy of the application form for future reference

University of Calicut Course Details

UG Courses

• A valid score in KEAM is required for admission to BTech and BTech (LE)
• Admission to other UG programmes is done on merit-basis, followed by UGCAP process
• Candidates, who have completed Class 12 from a recognised board, can apply for UG courses

PG Courses

• MBA admissions are based on CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ KMAT scores
• A valid score in the University conducted entrance exam is required for MTech, MA and MSc admissions
• Admission to other PG courses is done on merit-basis
• A candidate must have completed graduation in the relevant stream to apply for any of the PG programmes
