The GNM admissions in Chhattisgarh are conducted every year by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board and Directorate of Medical Education Raipur, respectively. You will have to appear in an entrance examination that takes place in an online mode to get selected for the GNM course.

How to Apply Chhattisgarh GNM (CG GNM)

• Visit the official website of the conducting authority.

• The application forms are released in an online mode.

• The first step in the process would be registering with the portal.

• For this, you will have to enter your personal details, provide a valid ID, phone number and password.

• Once done with the registration process, log into the website and start filling the application form.

• You will have to enter details like educational qualifications, category, private details, etc.

• Make sure to keep your official documents with you while entering information about your educational qualification.

• Ensure that you stick to the instructions provided in the application form or the official brochure.

• The next step would now be to upload the supporting documents. The dimensions and image specifications will be mentioned on the form, stick to that.

• Now, pay the application fee amount and take a print out of the form for future reference.

• Finally, you can submit the application form and complete the process.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian.

Domicile: To be eligible, the candidate must have a domicile of Chhattisgarh.

Lower Age Limit: Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31 of the exam conducting year.

Upper Age Limit: Candidate should not more than 35 year old for GNM Programme.

Education Qualification: Candidate must have qualified 10+2 with 40% aggregate marks (35% marks for SC/ST candidates).

Serving Candidate: The maximum age limit for serving candidates is 45 Year.

Chattisgarh GNM Merit List 2024

Once the application process is over, the portal becomes inactive. Now, the officials of the Directorate of Medical Education, CG  accept no more application forms for GNM Course. The next event is the release of the CG GNM Merit List. The Board of Officials prepares an All India Merit list for CG General Nursing Admission 2024. In addition, the merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the previous Qualifying Examination. The merit list is the penultimate stage before the admission process is complete. Those who secure higher marks in Biology get more preference in the merit list if there is a tie between two candidates.
