UPUMS offers admission to the applicants in Nursing, Pharmacy, and Paramedical courses and those applicants are wishing to get admission in the various courses in Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, can apply to CPNET 2024 examination by filling the application form through online mode. CPNET 2024, short for Combined Paramedical, Pharmacy, and Nursing Entrance Test, is a state-level entrance examination. CPNET is conducted by Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) for admission to Pharmacy, Paramedical, and Nursing courses. CPNET is conducted in an offline mode. Qualifying for the intermediate examination is the minimum academic requirement for CPNET 2024.

- Belonging to General or OBC category will be Rs. 1,000/-.
- Application fees for candidates belonging to SC or ST category will be Rs. 500/-.
- The candidates will receive an OTP on the contact number.
- Registered by them on the official website. Enter the OTP and click on the submit button.
- After the submission of application form, take a print out the same for further references.
Eligibility Criteria for UPUMS CPNET 2024
Education Required –
- Candidates must have passed 12th class with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.

Age limit –
- For GNM (General Nurse and Midwifery) Course –
- Maximum Age 35 Years.
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery) Course – Maximum Age 30 Years.
How to fill the CPNET 2024 Application Form?
As the first step to applying for the CPNET 2024 is to fill the application form. Find below the steps to fill the application form.
- Visit the official website.
- Read all the information given on the screen, then tick the declaration form.
- Register by entering all the required details.
- After that, the candidate will get the OTP on their registered mobile number.
- Then the username and password will be sent to the registered mobile number and email.
- Again Login by entering the username and password and complete the application form.
- Upload all the required documents according to the specification.
- At last, pay the application fee.
- Candidates can take the print of the application form after completion.
How to Download CPNET 2024 Admit Card?
- Step 1: Go to UPUMS website.
- Step 2: Login using their credentials.
- Step 3: Click on the ‘Admit Card’ tab.
- Step 4: Download the CPNET 2024 Admit Card.
- Step 5: Take a print of it for future reference.
