CUET 2024: How to Complete Application Form?

1. Go to cuet.samarth.ac.in, the official website.
2. Fill up your personal information and contact information.
3. Fill out the CUET 2024 application form using the registration or application number obtained by the system.
4. Scan papers (picture, signature, Class 10 documents, and caste certificate) and upload them.
5. Pay the application cost over the internet.
6. Submit the CUET UG application for 2024.
7. Save the confirmation paper to your computer and print it.

Application Fee:

• Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online mode.
• The mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net banking or UPI payment mode.
• The application fee will be non-refundable in any case.

CUET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must check the eligibility conditions before filling out the application form for Common University Entrance Test 2024

• The candidate must be a citizen of India
• Qualification (UG): Applying applicants must have completed class XII from some recognized board/university.
• Qualification (PG): Applicant must have cleared graduation from some recognized board/university.
• In addition to this qualification, applicants must have attained at least 50% marks in their graduation to be eligible to apply.
• There is no age limit to apply.

CUET 2024 Exam Pattern

Candidates must go through following points to check CUET 2024 exam pattern:

UG courses

• Exam mode: CUET 2024 exam will be conducted via online as Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
• No. of Sections: It will consists of 4 sections as Section IA, Section IB, Section II and Section III.
• Test Pattern: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the question paper.
• Language: Test will be offered in 13 languages.
• Duration: Candidates will get 3 hours 15 minutes for Slot I & 3 hours 45 minutes for Slot II to solve the question paper.
• No. of Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions in the question paper.
• Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 5 marks will be awarded while 1 marks will get deducted for each wrong answer.
• 13 different languages – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu & Urdu
• 20 different languages – French, Spanish, Bodo, Dogri, Nepali, Persian, Italian, Santhali, Tibetan, Arabic, Sindhi, Sanskrit, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, German, Japanese, Russian, Chinese.

PG courses:

• Exam Mode: CUET PG will be conducted via online (computer based) mode.
• Medium: Question Paper will be consists of both English & Hindi medium language.
• Time Duration: Candidates will be given two hours to solve the paper.
• Slots: It will be held in two slots. Slot 1 from 10:00 AM to 12 Noon and Slot 2 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
• No. of Questions: Each question paper will have 100 questions.
• Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given for each correct answer.
• Negative marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Answer Key:

CUET Answer key will be released by the official authority after few days from the conduction of examination. Applicants will be able to check the answer key from the 4^th week of May 2024 through online mode.

The answer key will contain the correct answer of every asked question in the entrance exam. Applicants will also have opportunity to raise their objection on answer key. The final answer key will be released by the official authority after the completion of objection facility.

Result:

The examination result will be announced online mode. Candidates can check the result by entering the login details on the website. After the result declaration, applicants can check the secured rank, qualifying status, and individual marks attained by the candidates. The result will be published in the form of a scorecard.

• Click on “CUET 2024 SCORECARD” from the latest news section.
• A result login window will appear on the screen.
• Enter the registration number and date of birth in the login window.
• Click on the “Login” tab.
• The CUET effect appears on the screen, downloads it and saves it for future use.
