The CVR College of Engineering was established in 2000. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation, India. CVR College of Engineering was affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Mission of the Institute To excel in providing quality education at under graduate and graduate levels, To provide infrastructure and facilities to meet the latest technological needs.  The Society aims to harness technical excellence and financial power of NRIs in making CVR College of Engineering a pre-eminent technical institution. The College is spread over a built-up area of over 36,000 sqm. on a sprawling 33-acre campus amidst verdant surroundings. The College has well-equipped labs (well beyond prescribed syllabus requirements in some cases). ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

B Tech Programmes
Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State.

M Tech Programmes
Admission will be made through GATE, by the convenor PGECET. When GATE Candidates are not available, admission will be given to PGECET qualified candidates on merit basis. Admission for Sponsored category will be made based on merit. Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates. STIPEND/SCHOLARSHIP FOR M.TECH
