RMLNLU offers BA LLB (Hons) integrated programme and LLM degree, approved by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the Academic Council of the university. It also extends a regular PhD programme which is of five years. These courses are offered in full-time mode. Apart from this, the university extends postgraduate diploma courses in Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Media Law, Entertainment and Ethics.

RMLNLU 2024 Application Form

For PG Diploma and Ph.D. courses:

• For the PG Diploma course is Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for SC / ST candidates of U.P.)
• For the Ph.D. course is Rs. 1,000 (Rs. 500 for SC / ST candidates of U.P.)

For the LL.B. and LL.M course:

• You need to decide on courses through the website
• Follow  instructions prudently before filling Online Application Form
• Fee can be paid credit cards or other payment options available on the payment gateway of the CLAT online application form
• Application fee is Rs. 4,000 (Rs. 3,500 for SC / ST candidates)

RMLNLU 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• For admission in UG courses :Intermediate/Higher Secondary School Exam or any equivalent exam 
• For PG course eligibility criteria, students should have obtained at best 50% marks or corresponding grade or LLB.

BA LLB (Hons)

• Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate in any stream from a school affiliated to a national or state board along with a valid CLAT score

LLM

• LLB or equivalent qualification with 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ ST candidates) from a recognised college, institute or university

PG Diploma in Cyber Law

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university

PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Right

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised university
