How to Apply for Delhi University (DU) Admissions?
- Applicants must log on to the website and choose the correct portal.
- Register with an email id and mobile number.
- Upon receiving the credentials on the given email id, applicants can access the application form.
- They will have to fill in their educational, personal and other mandatory details.
- Choose the course option(s) carefully and submit with application fees and scanned copies of documents.
- In the case of M.Phil / PhD admissions, it is advised that applicants opt for both entrance and merit options for admission.
- Applicants must use one email id per application. The applicant will have to register again if applying for more than one course.
- It is necessary to keep a copy of the application form for future reference.

Eligibility
- PG with at least 55% marks in aggregate (or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale or an equivalent) and have successfully completed the MPhil degree with at least 55% marks
Selection
- Candidates will have to go through an entrance test first and as per their performance in the test, they will be called for Interview and viva-voce process. Candidates those hold any of the qualification such as CSIR, DVT-JRF, UGC-NET-JRF, DST, ICMR-JRF need not to appear in the departmental test. They can appear for the interview directly.
