Himachal Pradesh ITI Admission 2024 process is organized every year by the Directorate of Training, Himachal Pradesh. Admission will be offered to candidates in various trades of ITI. In various engineering and non-engineering trades offered by the Industrial Training Institute (ITIs) located in the state, the admission will be provided to the candidates every year as per their marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination. HP ITI Admission  – An Overview

Himachal Pradesh ITI Admission 2024 Application Form:

• Fill the application form by the third week of June 2024.
• Fill the application form via online mode only as there is no other mode available to fill the application form.
• Fill all the details in the application form.
• Fill information such as educational details, personal details, etc. in the correct form
• Upload your scanned passport size photo as well as the signature in the application form.
• Upload the images in the prescribed format.
• There will be no correction facility provided to the candidates once the application form is filled.
• Take a print out of the application form before the final submission.

Application Fee:

• Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online & offline both modes.
• Credit card, debit card or net banking method will be used via online mode.
• For offline mode, E-challan method will be used.
• General category candidates will have to submit Rs. 350/-.
• The application fee for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates will be Rs. 250/-.
• Application fee will be non-refundable / non-transferrable in any case.

HP ITI Admission Procedure 2024

• The admission process includes various steps such as the submission of the application form, declaration of merit list, counselling and verification documents etc.
• First, interested candidates have to submit the application form before the last date.
• After that, the authority will prepare the merit list on the basis of candidate’s rank or marks in the qualifying exam.
• Final admission in any ITI course will depend on the candidate’s rank in the merit list and availability of seats in a particular course or college.
• Each candidate has to report for counselling as per given directions in the institute allotted.

Preparation of Merit List

• A merit list of the successfully registered candidates will be drawn by the authorities after the application process is over.
• The list will be drawn on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam.
• After the list is prepared finally, it will be uploaded on the official website of the board www.hptechboard.com.
• Counseling of the candidates will be held according to their names in the merit list.

HP ITI  Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the eligibility before filling the Himachal Pradesh ITI Application Form

• Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply
• Students must have passed 10th or 10+2 equivalent exam in Mathematics and Science
• Appearing candidates can also eligible to apply
• The minimum age of students should be 14 years as on 1^st/08/2024.
