IGDTUW Admission 2024-Eligibility Criteria for MCA, MBA, M.tech, B.tech, PHD, BBA

Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, is an all women’s university located in New Delhi, India on the heritage campus at Kashmere Gate, Delhi. It was founded as the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology in 1998. It extends B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, MCA, and Ph.D. courses in an array of specializations. M.Tech and Ph.D. programs are too presented in a part-time manner.

IGDTUW 2024 Eligibility Criteria

IGDTUW M.Tech. Eligibility Criteria 

• For Mobile & Pervasive Computing, Minimum 60% marks in B.E/ BTech in CSE/ EEE or AMIE/ AMIETE in relevant discipline or MCA/ M.Sc (CS/ Mathematics/ Statistics)
• For VLSI Design, Minimum 60% marks in B.E/ B.Tech CSE/ EEE/ ECE or AMIE/ AMIETE in relevant discipline or M.Sc (Electronics/ Physics/ informatics)

Selection Criteria : The selection of M.Tech programs will be based on the merit secured by the candidates in GATE examination followed by Counseling process.

IGDTUW MCA. Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility criteria for MCA program features, BCA/ BIT/ BIS with 60% aggregate marks with Mathematics as one of the main subjects at Graduation level.

Selection Criteria: The selection of MCA program will be based on marks obtained by candidates in the exam conducted by the college i.e. CET exam

IGDTUW MBA. Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 60% marks are eligible for MBA.

Selection Criteria : The selection of MBA program will be based on CAT Entrance Percentile, GD and PI rounds.

IGDTUW MPlan. Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility Criteria : Graduation in B.Arch, B.E/B.Tech in civil Eng. Or B.Planning or B.tech or equivalent with 60% marks

Selection Criteria : On the basis of valid GATE score, Merit list will be released.

IGDTUW Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• For CSE, IT, EC and Mechanical, M.E/ M.Tech and B.E/ B.Tech in relevant disciplines with 60% marks in each.
• For Computer Application, MCA with 60% aggregate marks
• For Mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English, Master’s degree in relevant disciplines with 60% aggregate marks.

Selection Criteria : RAT Entrance exam with Interview

IGDTUW B.Tech and B.Arch Eligibility Criteria 

• For B.Tech program, the basic eligibility for is 60% marks in 10+2 in the Science group.
• For the B.Arch program, the basic eligibility is 50% marks in 10+2 with Mathematics.

IGDTUW B.Tech. and B.Arch. Selection Criteria 

• For the selection procedure, JEE Main entrance exam is must for both courses.
• Candidates will also be required to appear in counseling by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC).

IGDTUW 2024 Admit Card

This is to notify all the contenders who will request the admission to MCA and Ph.D. the programs at IGDTUW for the Academic Session 2024-22 that the Admit Card for appearing in the MCA Entrance and Ph.D. RAT (Research Aptitude Test) Examination will be directed to the listed e-mail id of the entrants sooner than the examination.

The essential direction /rules for the Entrance Exam are existing on the University website www.igdtuw.ac.in. The admit card link will show e at the scheduled exam time for the handiness of the candidates.

Steps to download the Admit Card

• The admit card can only be downloaded from the website
• Enter Application Number and Password
• After that download the admit card.
• Make sure to get printouts of the to admit card
• It will be required to show it during the counseling and admission process.

Preparation for the Exam Day

• The Admit card should be downloaded and printed immediately.
• A few copies of the Admit Card should be kept in reserve as these are also used at the time of admission and counselling.
• Photo to be fixed on the admit card, if required
• Documents to be taken to the Exam centre should be kept ready.
• Copy of the photo may be required to be taken to the Test Centre.
• Stationary related articles as mentioned should be kept ready.
