Program Duration:

The B.Ed. program offered by IGNOU is of a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years duration. The duration may vary based on individual circumstances and the number of courses completed per semester.

IGNOU B.Ed 2024 Online Application Form

IGNOU B.Ed Entrance 2024 Application Fee

All the aspiring candidates will have to pay an applcation fee of INR 600. The fee can be remitted through any one of the online methods (via Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking). No refund request will be accepted by the exam authority for the fee paid.

IGNOU B.Ed 2024 Admit Card

The admit card for IGNOU B.Ed 2024 will be released on 01 April 2024. The candidates must bring a hard copy of admit card and affix a latest photograph, attested by a Gaetted Oficer at the test centre. It is advised to the candidate that admit card must be kept safe for the time of admission.

IGNOU b.ed 2024 Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifying Exam: Applying student must have passed his/her Bachelor’s degree or Master’s from a recognized University OR
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with Mathematics & Science specialization or its equivalent with 55% marks.
  • Qualifying Marks: Students in their Bachelor degree level and Master’s level must have qualified with 50% marks in the Science/ Commerce/ Humanity/ Social Sciences stream.
  • B.Ed Entrance test: Applying candidate must have qualified IGNOU B.Ed entrance test to get admission.
