IIIT Delhi B.Tech Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech (CSE), B.Tech (CSAM), and B.Tech (ECE)

An aggregate of 80 percentage in all the five subjects which includes Physics, Chemistry and Maths in Class XII for CBSE board or equivalent.

B.Tech (CSD), B.Tech (CSSS)

An aggregate of 80 percentage  marks in all the five subjects which includes Physics, Chemistry and Maths and 80 % in Mathematics in Class XII for 

Relaxed minimum % at the qualifying exam is given below:

IIIT Delhi B.Tech Admission 2024 Cut Off

• Admission will be done on the basis of cut-offs as per JEE Main. 
• Cut off for 2024 has not released yet but as soon cut off will be released by the Institute,

IIIT-D Admission process 2024 

Eligibility: An aggregate of 80 percentage of marks in all the five subjects and 80 % in Math in Class XII for CBSE board or equivalent. 

IIT Delhi B.Tech Admission 2024 Merit List

• Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi Merit list will be released on the official site. 

Merit list will be prepared based on the following criteria:

• Final percentile score obtained in Paper –I in JEE Main 2024
• Bonus points, if any, as distinct above (maximum: 2 points)
• Priority list will be based on the total of Paper –I in JEE Main 2024/ Bonus points
• In case of a tie, students with a higher rank in JEE Mains 2024 shall rank higher.
