• To complete form visit the official website of the university.
• Click on to apply online link given on the page. 
• Subsequently, a new web page will appear.
• On the following page select type a valid e-mail address to register. This email id will be used for correspondence.
• Once you register, the login information with the password will be sent to your email. 
• Offers the same login at the login page.  
• A prompt for password would be displayed when you enter your email id and click on to submit.
• After you send the form, the “Download Report PDF” link is provided for you to download your application and take a print copy.
• Print copy should be duly signed by both candidates with dates. 
• You need to affix a passport size photo into space and shall submit this print copy at the time of the Interview.
