• Application process will be available online .
• Form will be provided online by the institute and it has to be submitted to the Academic Council on or before the due date with all the required documents. 
• You may apply for single discipline only.
• Visit the official website.
• Press on to Admission option under the Academics tab.
• Separate links of Ph form will be given on the Admission page.
• Press on to link, download the form and fill it up properly.
• Enter all the relevant information correctly and carefully

Necessary documents:

Attach all the required documents such as:

• Proof of DOB
• SSC mark sheet or equivalent official document.
• HSC mark sheet or equivalent official document.
• Graduate degree course mark sheet or equivalent official document.
• Postgraduate degree course mark sheet or equivalent official document 
• Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/PH issued by the District Magistrate or other concerned authorities.
• Document of evidence of continuous employment by the employer, if Students is employed.
• Recent Passport sized photo

Application process:

• Complete form by making payment of fee.
• Online mode: In case form will be downloaded online from the institute’s website you need to submit DD drawn in favor of the Registrar.
• By Post: Send a crossed DD of along with the written request for form and information bulletin clearly mentioning the correspondence address of students.
• In person: Make a payment of fee 
• Submit form before the last date of submission to the Registrar, Post Graduate School, IARI.
