UET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

 

Age
  • There is no age limit prescribed by the exam authorities.
Academic Qualifications
  • For the Undergraduate program, the candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum qualifying marks ranging from 45% to 50%. For SC / ST candidates, minimum qualifying marks range from 40% to 45%
  • For the Postgraduate program, the candidate must have passed the graduation degree program with minimum qualifying marks ranging from 50% to 55%. For SC / ST candidates, the minimum qualifying marks range from 45% to 50%.
  • For the Postgraduate Diploma program, the qualifications are similar to that of the postgraduate program.

(a) Post Graduate (PG) PROGRAMMES: Biochemistry; Biotechnology; Botany; Buddhist Studies; Chemistry; Commerce (M.Com); Computer Science & IT (MCA); Dogri; Economics; Education; Electronics; English; Environmental Sciences; Geography; Applied Geology; Geology (Hydrology And Soil Dynamics); Hindi; History; Home Science (Human Dev.); Human Genetics; Information Technology ( M.Sc IT); Kashmiri; Law (LL.B – 3 Year Professional); M.Ed.; B.Lib.I.Sc.; M.Lib.I.Sc; B.P.Ed; M.P.Ed; Mathematics; Microbiology; Physics; Political Science; Psychology; Punjabi; Remote Sensing & GIS; Rural Development; Sanskrit; Sericulture; Sociology; Statistics; Urdu and Zoology.

How to check JUET UG Merit List Online?

The entire admission process to Jammu University is carried out in online mode and thus the merit list is posted only on the official website of the university as per the predetermined schedule. Those waiting for the release of the merit list can download the same online by following the details shared below-

  • Go to the official website of JUET Admission 2024.
  • Search for JUET UG Admission 1st selected list link given in the News & Notification section on the right side of the page.
  • Go the relevant link.
  • Select the respective UG course for which you have applied.
  • The merit list pdf for the selected courses will open.
  • Check the complete schedule, instructions and find your name in the list.

How to Check JUET 2024 results?

  • Go to the official website
  • Enter your roll number, date of birth and password in the Applicant Login section
  • Enter the security code and click ‘login.’
  • The results, i.e., total marks, qualifying marks, sectional marks, and the candidate’s rank, will now appear on the screen.

Steps for online submission of JUET 2024 exam application form are as follows:

  • Visit Admission Portal
  • Get Registration by filling required  information like: Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Make Password, State and City etc
  • Click on Register Button
  • Message will be on screen : Your Account Creation was Successful
  • Open your Email Account
  • Open email from Jammu University
  • Click on Verification Link
  • Go Back to the Portal
  • Login with Registered Email Address and Password
  • Select Course applying for
  • Click on Application Form for JUET 2024
  • Application Form will Open here in different sections
  • Fill Information Section-wise
  • Fill Personal Details, Parent’s Details, Address Details, Academic Details
  • Upload files for Self Photograph, Signature
  • Submit and take a review
  • Proceed to payment section
  • Make payment with either Net Banking or Debit Card  or Credit Card as per the suitability
  • Process completes here

How to Download JUET 2024 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

  • Log on to the official website of JUET.
  • Click on Notification tab. Search for the link of ‘JUET 2024 Admit Card’ and click on it.
  • Applicants will be required to choose their login options on the page that opens. Enter the registration number and password/ date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format) and verification code given in the space provided.
  • JUET 2024 Admit Card will open in a new window. Download it.
  • Save the soft copy and print out two copies of the admit card.
