• The KMAT exam is usually conducted in a paper-based format; however, it is being conducted in a delegated internet-based format (Online Proctored Mode) this year.
• The KMAT examination is often easy to moderately difficult and is more uncomplicated than other MBA exams such as the CAT, XAT, and ATMA.
• The participating institutions will provide their own KMAT Cut off based on the results of the KMAT 2024 exam. KMAT 2024 Cut off score is expected to be 85+ for top MBA/PGDM institutes in Karnataka, based on the previous year’s cut-offs.

Karnataka KMAT Exam Date 2024 has been released by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) for the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test or KMAT 2024 which is applicable to 169+ University-affiliated B-schools and over 55 MCA colleges in Bangalore and Karnataka.

The entire process to apply for KMAT 2024 exam is online and interested and eligible candidates are supposed to go through the steps mentioned below:

• Refer to the official website-
• The candidates, first of all, have to go through the registration process before filling KMAT application form.
• Click on ‘KMAT application form 2024’ to apply online.
• Submit all the important details asked and upload the scanned photo and signature.
• The photographs and signature must be uploaded in the prescribed format only.
• Cross check all the important details before tapping the submit icon.
• Keep a softcopy of duly submitted application form as it will be used in the future.

Application Fee:

All candidates have to pay Application Form fees according to candidates category wise. Once payment is done by candidates, it will not be refunded back. Keep copies of the filled Application Form for further use. Take a look at provided important point below:

• The application fee will be  1000/-(Rs. 750/- for SC/ ST candidates).
• Candidates can submit the fee through online mode (credit card/debit card/net banking of any bank).
• The fee is non-refundable.

Eligibility

• Candidate should be a resident of India (NRI, OCI, or PIO) and native of Karnataka
• The candidate should have a Bachelors degree from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA or grade)
• Minority candidates should have at least 45% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA or grade)
• Final year Bachelor degree candidates who are awaiting final results are eligible with permission from the institute/university

Paper Pattern

The Paper-Pen based test with 120 Multiple Choice Questions divided into three sections. No restriction to move to and fro among the sections.

• Exam Mode: The exam will be held in Online mode.
• Duration: The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
• Type of Questions: The question paper will be consisting of multiple-choice questions.
• Of Questions: A total of 180 questions will be asked in the examination.
• Language: The question paper will be asked in the English language.
• Marking Scheme: For the correct answer, four marks will be allotted to the candidates.
• Negative Marking: No marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.
