How to fill the Application Form

Pay the application fee using any of the online methods including either debit/ credit/ net banking mode.
Application Fee
- Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs.400/- in case of general category.
- Reserved category candidates need to pay Rs.200/- only.
- OCI/PIO candidates have to pay requisite application fee through online mode such as net banking, debit card and credit card.

Eligibility Criteria of Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission 2024
- Eligibility Criteria : Candidates should have passed class 8th, 9th and 10th (SSC) from a recognized institute of Maharashtra.
- Home District: Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination from within the jurisdiction of the respective district area.
- Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who do not fall in category A but have parent(s) that hold Maharashtra State Domicile.
- Home District: Place where the authority issue domicile certificate should fall within the respective area of district jurisdiction.
- Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who does not fall in any category (A and B) but has an one or both parent(s) who is an employee of the Government of India or Government of India Undertaking and is still working till the last date of submission of application.
- Home District: The place of posting of parent(s) should be within the respective area of district jurisdiction.
- Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who do not belong to any of the above-said categories (A, B and C) but have a parent(s) ho is an employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra Undertaking.
- Home District: The place of posting of the parent (If employed) or settlement (if retired) should be within the respective area of district jurisdiction.
- Eligibility Criteria : Candidate should have passed class 8th, 9th and 10th (SSC) from an institute that is located in the disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area or from Maharashtra and residing in disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area. Also, the mother tongue of a candidate should be Marathi.
- Home District: Candidate will be considered for the Outside Home District seats or State Level Seats.
Maharashtra Polytechnic Counselling 2024
The details regarding the Maharashtra Polytechnic counselling are given below:
- Maharashtra Polytechnic counselling will take place in the mid of July 2024.
- Counselling will be conducted in online mode.
- Candidates will have to participate through the official website.
- Qualified candidates can take part in the online counselling.
- Seat allocation will take place on the basis of the rank in the entrance examination.

Maharashtra Polytechnic 2024 Merit List
The DTE, Maharashtra will release merit list for Post SSC diploma admission at the official website after assessing all the application forms. Candidates can check their result online by providing their application number and date of birth. Take the printout of the result for future reference.
