Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday Vishwavidyalaya (MGCGV) has been distinguished by UGC, the rural university at Chitrakoot, Madhya Pradesh, India recognized on February 12, 1991, through social activist Nanaji Deshmukh, grounded on a distinct MP Government Act (9, 1991).  It has five faculties – the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Science and Environment, Faculty of Science and Engineering and Faculty of Rural Development and Business Management. MGCGV invites admission in various Diploma, UG, PG, and PhD courses in different streams like Engineering, Science, Management, Law, Computer Science, Arts, etc.
