MCD stands for Municipal Corporation of Delhi. It is a government body of Delhi. It organizes a Nursing entrance test daily. The MCD Nursing 2024 is controlled by the NDMC. The NDMC stands for North Delhi Municipal Corporation. Every year, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi conducts the MCD nursing exam to offer admissions to the aspiring candidates into various nursing courses as offered by the Hindu Rao Hospital, Kasturba Hospital and Swami Dayanand Hospital. Eligibility criteria
- Student must have passed 12th with scoring minimum of 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories like Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe).
- Candidates who have passed 12th vocational ANM Course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council are also eligible to apply.
- ANM training i.e. 10+1½ years must also pass +2 or its equivalent examination is also eligible to apply.
- Applicants should be declared medically fit by the medical Board of Kasturba Hospital, Hindu Rao Hospital and Swami Dayanand Hospital respectively.
- Candidate should have completed at least 17 years age for admission as on admission year.
- The upper age limit for admission is 35 years.
- For ANM/LHV, there is no age limit

MCD Nursing 2024 Result (How to Check MCD Nursing Result)
- After completion of the entrance exam authorities will release the results of the applicants. It will be available in online mode on the official website of the university.
- Applicants need to save the result from the website and keep some copies of the same. Applicants will be called for a counseling round on the basis of the marks secured by them in the entrance exam.
MCD Nursing 2024 Counselling (How to Check MCD Nursing Counselling)
- After the entrance exam, Authorities will call applicants for counseling round based on the marks secured by them in the entrance exam.
- At the decided date and time, they are instructed to be present in person for the counseling round.
- Applicants are instructed to carry some necessary documents along with them for verification for the counseling round.
- Once the verification is done Authorities will give back all the original documents to the applicants.
- Only on basis of merit list candidates will appear for the counselling. After the completion of the counselling process, Candidates will appear before the selection committee.
- The authority will verify all the documents and proceed with the admission.
