Meghalaya ANM 2024-Application Form, Result, Admit Card, Pattern, Eligibility Criteria

Meghalaya ANM admission is conducted on the basis of merit. Candidates must apply on the online application provided by the Meghalaya state government for admission to ANM and GNM courses. Meghalaya ANM admission process and screening is conducted by the National Rural Health Mission Meghalaya (NRHM) and grants admission to government and private institutions that are participating in the counseling.

How to Apply for Meghalaya ANM Admission 2024?

• Visit the official website of the Department of Health and Welfare, Government of Meghalaya and click on the registration link.
• Fill the required personal and academic information such as names, addresses, category, year of passing and other academic record and communication details carefully.
• After submitting all the details, upload your scanned passport size photograph, signature, and scanned copies of 10+2 mark sheet, age proof and domicile certificate in the prescribed format.
• Verify the captcha and submit the application.
• Retain a printout of the filled application form for future references

Meghalaya ANM Exam Pattern

Applicants who want to get admission in the course need to appear for the entrance exam.

• Exam Mode: Official authorities will conduct a written entrance exam for the applicants that means the entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based test).
• Exam Duration: Applicants need to complete the entire question paper of the entrance exam in 3 Hours only.
• Type of Questions: Applicants will have to answer objective type multiple choice questions only in the question paper of the entrance exam.
• Exam Marks: The Entrance Exam has 80 marks And the Personal Interview will be 20 marks.
• Marking Scheme: Each question carries 1 mark.
• Exam Sections: The Entrance exam will be given in 6 Sections.

Meghalaya ANM 2024 Selection Process

• The admission authority will not conduct any entrance exam in order to shortlist candidates for admission.
• The selection of candidates who are medically fit and eligible will be done purely on the basis of merit and subject to reservation policy of the State Government.
• Please note that only those candidates will get their names in the merit who will fill and submit the application form before the last date.

Counselling

• Only those candidates will be allowed to take part in the counselling process who will get their names in the merit list.
• It is necessary for all candidates to carry their original documents to the counselling centre for verification.
• In the counselling process, candidates will have to provide their choice of colleges in which they want to study
