MP B.E Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should know their eligibility status for MP engineering college entrance exams 2024 in order to appear for the entrance exam. They can further go through the details given below to check if they satisfy the eligibility criteria as laid down by the authority or not-
- Madhya Pradesh B.E applicants must have a valid JEE Main score (non-zero positive score) to be eligible for the admission process
- Candidates without JEE Main score can also apply for MP B.E admission, and the Class 12 merit of the candidates will be considered while preparing the merit list
- B.E aspirants in Madhya Pradesh must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science as the main subjects
- The minimum qualifying marks required in Class 12 for B.E applicants should be 45% for General Category and 40% for reserved categories
How To Apply?
An interested candidate needs to follow the following steps in order to apply for the course:
- Visit the official website of NTA. (www.nta.ac.in )
- Click on the link/button for Online Registration.
- Register for Online Application Form and note down system generated Application Number.
- After successful registration,a Login ID(Application No.) and password will be generated.
- Candidates need to fill the application form available on the website carefully by going through all the instructions and after checking the eligibility criteria.
- Upload Scanned Images of Candidate Photograph, Candidate Signature and class 12th Admit card/Mark sheet/Certificate in the prescribed format.
- Pay the application fees online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/PayTM.
- The admit card for the entrance exam will be issued before the Exam.
Selection Procedure
After declaration of entrance exam result, the concerned authority will conduct the centralized counselling for all candidates. The candidates will be called for the counselling as per the rank of the candidates in the merit list.
The admission will be followed by the document verification, filling of course and college choice, seat allotment and payment of counseling fee.
The seats will be allotted according to the candidate’s rank, filled choices and availability of seats. Candidates can report to the allotted college for admission after the allotment of seats.
