National Forensic Sciences University, formerly Gujarat Forensic Science University, is a central university in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. It is solely dedicated to forensic and investigative science. . GFSU Admission 2024 Application Form

The university offers an online application mode, for which application fees are to be charged offline mode. Candidates are advised to visit the website. Candidates should follow the process for GFSU online application given below.

• Click on the concerned Institute of the program you are applying for.
• Select the ‘Admissions’ option and download the required application form.
• Candidates must pay the application fee of Rs. 1200/- as a Demand Draft, drawn in favor of ‘The Registrar, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, payable at Gandhinagar.
• Send the filled-in GFSU online application form along with the Demand Draft as well as the necessary enclosures.

GFSU 2024 Exam Pattern

• GFSU IFS Entrance Test is preceded with 100 marks.
• 1 and ½ an hour of total duration are given to attend the test.
• Objective types of questions are posed in the exam and to each question, many options are given.
• Candidates must make use of their own writing and address must be referred to the behind of DD.

Eligibility Criteria GFSU

M.Sc. Institute of Forensic Science
Bachelors’ degree in Science/ Forensic Science/ Medicine/Engg/ Pharmacy with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)

Institute of Research & Development
Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Science/Chemical/Pharmacy/ Medicine)with minimum 50% marks

MBA Finance
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST)

PG Diploma Institute of Forensic Sciences
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Science/ Forensic Science/ Medicine/ Engg/ Pharmacy with at least 50% marks.

MS
B.Pharm with at least 55% marks. Preference for GATE/GPAT qualified candidates.

M.Phil in Forensic Psychology
M.A. /M.Sc. in Psychology with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)

Ph.D.
Master’s degree/ Equivalent in a related field from a recognised University.

M.Pharm: 

The candidates must have done B.Pharm with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.

M.Sc Food Technology: 

The candidates must have completed bachelors’ degree in Science / Medical / Pharmacy / Chemical with minimum 50% marks.

Counselling And Admission Procedure:

After the entrance test candidates who are selected will be called for counselling and admission procedure are required to be present at the university on the prescribed date and time with application form, original documents and attested xerox copies of documents. If the university finds any wrong information then the University shall cancel the admission of that candidate.
