National Institute Of Technology Silchar is one of the 31 NITs of India and was established in 1967 as a Regional Engineering College in Silchar. • NIT Silchar 2024 MBA Application Form Last Date will be Filled till Last week of May 2024.
• NIT Silchar 2024 Application Form will be released on the 1st week of February 2024 for MBA.

• Download the application form and fill it with appropriate information
• Write academic detailed information and paste a passport-sized photograph.
• Draw a demand draft to the benefit of Director, NIT Silchar, payable at Silchar.

Admissions to the first semester of all Undergraduate courses are made on the basis of seats allocated by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) from the list of candidates selected by all India JEE (Main). Besides, a specified number of foreign nationals/NRIs selected under the policy laid down by Govt. of India, are admitted directly to the 1^st year of the courses.

Reservation

15 per cent of seats are reserved for SC and 7.5 per cent are reserved for ST candidates. 24 seats (over and above sanctioned intake) are reserved for foreign and other category students for 2006-07.4 (four) seats are reserved for handicapped candidates against Assam open quota within the overall allotment of Assam.

Application Process for NIT Silchar PhD Admission July 2024

• The applicants can apply for the PhD program through the online application portal available at http://admission.nits.ac.in/phdadmission2024
• The applicant must upload all relevant documents, self-attested, in connection with the credentials claimed by the applicant in pdf format along with the scanned signed copy of the Declaration form at the time of filling up of application form.
• The final pdf copy of the Application form must be emailed to phd_admission_21@nits.ac.in with a copy to admit_phd_21@nits.ac.in on or before 2nd July, 2024 by 5.00 p.m. Subject line should be “Application for Ph.D. program- Name of the department (applying for)- Group A / Group B”.
• No need to send the hard copy of the Application form.
