The Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University is one of the few Indian language universities in India. Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University is a NAAC accredited UGC approved State University located at Hyderabad, Telangana. It came into existence in 1985. UG students, the University offers a BFA course, 9 specialisations in Diploma course and 8 in certification programme. For all these, the basic eligibility is 10+2.  The university boasts of providing students with amenities like Audio- Visual Studios, Auditorium, Central Library, and Computer Lab.  There are 16 departments offering UG, PG, Certificate and PhD programmes.
