BTech
Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects with 60% aggregate.
A qualified score of JEE Main or on the qualified score of SMVDUEE, conducted by the University followed by SMVDU direct counselling/JOSAA/ CSAB counselling

BArch
Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects with 50% aggregate
A qualified score of JEE Main or on the qualified score of NATA followed by SMVDU direct counselling/ JOSAA/CSAB

MTech
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed B.Tech or B.E in relevant discipline with minimum 50% aggregate
A valid score of GATE or on the qualified score of SMVDUEE, conducted by the University followed by CCMT direct counselling/SMVDU Direct Counselling

MA
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed graduation with 50% aggregate & for English, candidates must have passed graduation in English with 50% aggregate
Based on merit

MSc
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have graduated with 50% aggregate from the relevant discipline
Selection is based on the SMVDUEE followed by the obtained score of JAM

MBA
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed graduation with 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognised University
Selection is based on the obtained score of CAT/MAT/CMAT or through SMVDUEE

Integrated MSc
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have 10+2 level with a minimum of 50% aggregate and with relevant discipline
SMVDUEE followed by SMVDU direct counselling

Integrated MBA
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level with 50% aggregate
SMVDUEE followed by SMVDU direct counselling

PhD
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed master’s degree with 6.5 CGPA in the relevant & respected field of study
Candidates who have obtained a qualified score in GATE/ UGC – NET/ JRF/ SLET, are exempted from appearing in the entrance test conducted by the University or candidates need to pass the entrance exam conducted by the University with a 50% aggregate.

SMVDU Infrastructure Facilities:

SMVDU University, Katra has a land of 470 acres on which there is a well-built SMVDU campus fulfilling all the requirements.

• SMVDU Infrastructure Facilities provide bus facility for the students from campus to/from Domel for the convenience of the students.
• Special bus facility for the faculty & staff members and their families are provided every Saturday from campus to Jammu and back.
• The University provides uninterrupted power backups, water supply, and all necessities required.
• The catering services for the staff, faculty, and students are being rendered by contractors in the boys and girls hostels.
• Within the University campus, BSNL has opened its exchange providing mobile and landline connections to the University residents, and also mobile cell tower is located within the campus.
• Medical Aid Centre provides services to all the students of the University.
• It has 2 doctors, 2 male medical assistants, 2 female staff nurses, 1 lab assistant, 1 assistant, and 1 helper.
• Facilities provided by Medical Aid Centre include OPD, Dental Unit, Ambulance Service, Physiotherapy Unit, well equipped clinical laboratory, etc.
