• SRMJEEE is conducted by the university for admission to B.Tech and M.Tech programs.
• Last Date to fill out the SRMJEEE Application form is March 30.
• Selection of candidates for B.Arch, M.Arch is done on the basis of NATA scores.
• In the case of MBA, candidates are shortlisted through SRMJEEM conducted by the university.
• Admission to MBBS, BDS is done on the basis of NEET marks.
• For MD/ MS admission, NEET PG scores are considered.
• Selection to rest of the UG, PG medical courses is done through SRMJEEH or qualifying exam marks.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for the UG, PG and Diploma programs based on qualifying examination marks.
• For Ph.D, admission is done through university entrance examination followed by presentation and interview.

SRM University, Chennai Course Details with Eligibility Criteria

BTech
Eligibility Criteria:  A pass in Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% with PCM or appearing in Class 12 in the current academic year with PCM as major subjects
Exam: JEE Main/ SRMJEEE

MBA
Eligibility Criteria:  A bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%
Exam:  SRMJEEM, GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, CMAT, NMAT

BCom LLB (Hons)
Eligibility Criteria:  A pass in Class 12 with any group or equivalent

MA – Bachelors degree with 50% marks in aggregate.

M.com – Any UG degree with Accountancy & Mathematics as main subject with minimum 50% marks

B.Pharm – Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics with a minimum 50% marks

BPH – Passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification having a minimum 50% marks

BASLP – Students must have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Psychology/Computer Science or Statistics with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for science group.

B.Optom – Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/Botany & Zoology with minimum 50% marks

BSC Nursing: Students must have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology (or) Botany & Zoology with minimum 50% marks in science group (40% for SC/ST)

MTech
Eligibility Criteria:  A pass in the relevant BTech or equivalent degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% is required

Eligibility Criteria : The candidates applying for PhD programme at SRM University must have minimum marks in previous qualifications as mentioned below.The candidate must have a master’s degree or a professional degree equivalent to a master’s degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or Grade B in 7 point scale of UGC or equivalent or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institute Candidates who have at least 55% aggregate marks or Grade B in UGC 7 point scale or equivalent in the M.Phil course completed can do the PhD degree in the same institution 5% aggregate marks or equivalent grade relaxation is provided to SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled candidates
