UP Polytechnic Exam Form with How to Apply

• Candidates Should Visit the Official Website of JEECUP 2024 (https://jeecup.nic.in).
• Now Click on the Registration for UPJEE-2024.
• Step 1: Candidate will provide Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Contact Details, identification document/ number and Password, Security Answer etc.
• Step 2: Fill domicile, category, sub category, group, exam centre choices and minimum qualifying examination details etc.
• Step 3: After completing Step 2, photograph and signature to be uploaded.
• Step 4: After completing Step 1, 2 and 3 proceed for payment through net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card/ e-challan.
• Step 5: On successful completion of Step 4 (payment of examination fee), he/she take a printout of confirmation. Candidates are advised to retain the confirmation page safe for future. The Confirmation Page is not required to be sent to UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) council.

UP Polytechnic 2024 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern of UP Polytechnic exam is as follows-

• Exam mode: Offline mode (pen and paper-based)
• Duration: 3 hours
• Total number of questions: 100 questions
• Medium: Hindi and English
• Type of questions: Objective type (MCQ based)
• Marking scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for marking correct option
• Negative marking: 1 mark will be deducted for marking incorrect option

Eligibility Criteria

For Group : A

• Course: Diploma in Engineering & Technology
• Eligibility: 10^th passed/appeared with minimum 35% marks

For Group : B

• Course: Agriculture Engineering
• Eligibility: 10^th passed/appeared with Agriculture subject in 12^th.

For Group C: 

• Course: Fashion Design, Home Science and Textile Design and Engineering
• Eligibility: 10^th passed/appeared with minimum 35% marks

For Group D: 

• Course: Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice and Library & Information Science.
• Eligibility: 12^th passed/appeared (Hindi and English)    

For Group E: 

• Course: Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Eligibility: 10+2 Examination (Academic Stream) in science with 50% marks for Unreserved/OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST

For Group F: 

• Course: Post Graduate in Biotechnology
• Eligibility: B.Sc Passed/appeared with Biology, Chemistry/Biochemistry

For Group G: 

• Course: Post Graduate Diploma Courses.
• Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline

Group H: 

• Course: Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Eligibility: 12th passed/appeared with 50% marks for GEN/OBC and 45% for SC/ST

Group A: 

• Course: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
• Eligibility: 12^th Science passed/ appeared and aggregate 50% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects

For Group J: 

• Course: Post Diploma in Information Technology.
• Eligibility:  Engineering diploma passed/ appeared from BTEUP affiliated institute

Application Fee

• The application fee will be Rs. 300/- for general and OBC candidates.
• The application fee for SC and ST candidates will be Rs. 200/-.
• The application fee payment can be made via debit/credit card, net banking or e-challan of SBI bank.

UP JEE CUP Admit Card 2024

Candidates have to take the 02 Printouts of the Admit Card & they need to carry their Valid ID Proof i.e. Aadhar Card, PAN Card at the examination venue. Examination will be of 03 Hours duration .By providing their valid credentials candidates will be able to download their Admit Card .It is important to maintain the decorum of Examination Venue and wishes all the very best to all candidates.

1. In order to download their UP JEE CUP Admit Card candidates need to go to the important link section provided below.

2. After getting the link candidates need to click it for downloading their UP JEE CUP Admit Card.

3. Candidates are required to provide their following details-:

Registration No. /Roll No.

DOB/Password

Verification Code(if specified)

4. After providing their details appropriately candidates will be able to download their UP JEE CUP Admit Card.

5. Candidates can also download their UP JEE CUP Admit Card from official site of the JEECUP.

Release of JEECUP 2024 Result

UP Polytechnic Results 2024 will be announced on the official website of the JEECUP. Candidates will have to check the result page of the official website for UP Joint Entrance Exam results.

• Here, once the result is out, they will see the link to the result at the right side of the website under News & Events
• Click on the result link
• Enter Roll number and Date of Birth
• Choose the date, month and year of birth from the drop-down menu
• You will find two options “Submit” and “Reset”. If they have entered the details wrong, they will have to use the “Reset” option
• Now, they will have to enter the correct details and should click on the submit button
• Once a candidate does it, his/her UP Polytechnic 2024 result will show up
• Take print out

Counselling

• Candidates will be invited for counselling procedure based on their performance in the exam.
• The shortlisted candidates will need to indicate their choice of course and college during the counselling.
• They will also undergo the document verification phase where all the relevant documents in original form will be verified.
• Once the counselling is closed, the authority will allot a seat to the candidates as per their merit rank, seat availability and the choices filled during the counselling.
• Applicants then need to report to the concerned college to finish the admission related formalities.
