Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2024 Exam Date has been announced by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkie (UBTER). This entrance test is also named as Joint Engineering Examination Polytechnic or UK Polytechnic. UK Polytechnic is a state level examination which is also known as Joint Engineering Examination Polytechnic (JEEP).

How to Apply Uttarakhand Polytechnic

- JEEP 2024 Application Fee will be paid through online mode only.
- It will be paid through net banking/debit card/credit card.
- The application fee for the general category will be Rs. 800/-.

Eligibility for Group E :
- Group Name: Diploma in Engineering/Technology
- Eligibility: Class 10 or equivalent passed with science and mathematics subjects, Must have obtained 35% marks.
Eligibility for Group P :
- Group Name: Diploma in Pharmacy
- Eligibility: Passed 10+2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry and biology/mathematics subjects
Eligibility for Group H :
- Group Name: Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology
- Eligibility: class 12 or equivalent exam passed with English subject and Must have obtained 35% marks.
Eligibility for Group M :
- Group Name: Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practic
- Eligibility: class 12 or equivalent exam passed and Must have English and Hindi subjects in class 10 or 12.
Eligibility for Group G :
- Group Name: PG Diploma in Computer Applications
- Eligibility: Students must hold a Graduation Degree to apply.
Eligibility for Group T :
- Group Name: Diploma in Textile Design/Garment Technology/ Fashion Design
- Eligibility: Class 10 or equivalent exam passed with minimum 35% marks. Only female candidates can apply.
Eligibility for Group A :
- Group Name: Later Entry in Diploma Engineering
- Eligibility: Passed class 12 with PCM subjects, 12 with vocation stream or ITI (two years) candidates are eligible to apply.

- Mode of exam: The exam is conducted in offline mode.

Documents Required for UBTER JEEP 2024 Application Form
Here are the following things the candidate must be having handy at the time of filing the application form:
- 10th Marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- Scanned photograph

JEEP Admit Card
JEEP 2024 admit cards will be uploaded on the official portal 15 days before the date of exam. Candidates will be informed through SMS and emails about the issue of admit card. No hall ticket will be delivered through post to any candidate. Admit card should be retained buy the candidates till the completion of admission process as it is required at various stages.

Result
- The result will be declared in the last week of May 2024
- The admission will be offered on the basis of merit list.
- There will not be any separate letter send for counselling.
- If 2 applicants score identical marks then the tie can be solved by DOB.
UK Polytechnic 2024 Counselling:
The UK JEEP 2024 Counselling will start in October 2024. After the Result, the counseling will start through online mode. There will be 2 rounds in the counseling. The candidates who are shortlisted by the merit list will attend the counseling. The seat will be allotted to the candidate on the bases of their rank.
Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2024 Candidate Guidelines
- Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall until the end of the examination.
- In the examination hall, mobile phones, calculators, log tables, study material or any other electronic devices are not permitted.
- For each candidate, a seat indicating admit card number will be allocated. The candidate has to find out & seated in their allotted seat only.
- The information in the admit card should be the same as filled by the candidate at the time of filling an application form.
