YouTube is not quite the same old website that you’re used to, but has now established itself as the primary platform for most types of video content. It’s really simple to view the videos you want after you’ve activated YouTube on the device. Youtube TV, which is owned by Google, is an internet streaming television platform. Many users choose it since it allows them to view videos, movies, web series, and other types of information. The issue that arises when the problem occurs is fairly common. However, the problem occurs on most of them, if not all, when the user has to activate the streaming platform on the TV by using Youtube.com/activate. This isn’t a problem with the software, hardware, or even malware. Users express dissatisfaction with the app’s inability to be activated on numerous providers. Glitches and compatibility problems can sometimes cause certain preferences or settings to fail to add up. This isn’t a bug or an error, but it’s a challenge to get the service to work on multiple devices. Because of the many types of devices, the activation process varies for each streaming product.

Activating the Youtube TV on Roku:

Step1: Browse YouTube and select YouTube TV from the list.

Step2: Select Add channel and wait for the installation.

Step3: Select Go to Channel and navigate to the Account icon in the lower-left corner of the app and click Sign in.

Step4: Enter your account details and make a note of the activation code once you see it display.

Step5: Then, using a computer or a mobile device, go to Youtube.com/activate and copy the code.

Step6: Press next and enter the code on the YouTubeTV activation page using a web browser on a computer or mobile device, and then log in to your Google account when prompted.

Step7: Finally, your Roku device will have Youtube turned on. As soon as you have access, the page should refresh.

Activating the Youtube TV on Kodi:

Step1: Activate the device.

Step2: Locate and select the Add-ons tab from the left-side menu.

Step3: From the same left-hand menu, select the opened box icon and select Install from the repository when the option appears where you can choose from a variety of video add-ons.

Step4: You must now find YouTube in the list of possible add-ons.

Step5: Select it and hit the Install button, followed by opening YouTube.

Step6: When you launch the app, hit “Sign in”, and a code will display on your screen. 

Step7: Now, from your computer or mobile device, go to Youtube.com/activate and input the activation code.

Step8: Press Next, and the activation will start.

Activating the YouTube TV on Xbox:

Step1: On your Xbox, go to the Microsoft Store.

Step2: Install YouTube after searching for it, and then open it with Launch.

Step3: Navigate to Sign in and choose it once inside the app.

Step4: A code should display on your screen; make a note of it.

Step5: From your computer or mobile device, go to Youtube.com/activate and enter your activation code.

Step6: Continue with the activation, and your Xbox system should now have YouTube turned on.
