Tips # 1 Check Notification Settings for Messages
- Open Settings and tap Notifications >> Messages.
- Next, check the boxes for Lock Screen,>>Notification Center>> and Banners.

- If you don’t see the actual message content on your iPhone’s Lock Screen, tap Show Previews and choose Always.
