Andhra Pradesh Police SI Educational Qualification

• The aspirants must have a bachelor’s or a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university or institution in order to apply for the recruitment exam.
• The candidates who fall under the reserved category must have passed intermediate (12th passed) or any examination which is being reckoned by the State Government.

Andhra Pradesh Police SI Age Limit

• The candidate applying for the Sub Inspector post must have a lower age limit of 21 years and an upper age limit of 25 years.
• Relaxations in the upper age limit are provided to the candidates belonging to the reserved category (OBC/SC/ST). The relaxation of up to 5 years for the post of Sub Inspector is there.

Physical Measurements Test (PMT) Eligibility for Constable & SI  

For Male Candidates :

Height : Must not be less than 167.6 cms.

Chest: Must not be less than 86.3 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.

For Female Candidates :

Height: Must not be less than 152.5 cms.

Weight: Must not be less than 40 Kgs.

For Male Candidates :

Height :  Must not be less than 160 cms

Chest: Must not be less than 80 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 3 cms.

For Female Candidates :

Height: Must not be less than 150 cms.

Weight: Must not be less than 38 Kgs

Age Criteria:

• For General, Applicants must be 21 years to 30 years
• OBC Category applicants 21 years to 33 years
• For SC or ST, Age criteria are of 21 years to 35 years
