Central Teacher Eligibility Test is one of the entrance exams which is conducted by the Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE). The CTET exam is held in two sessions for Paper-I and Paper-II. The CTET Paper-I is for candidates who want to teach Classes 1-5 and Paper-II is for candidates who want to teach Classes 6-8. Candidates who wish to teach Classes 1-8 need to take both the papers.

CTET Application Form
Step 1: Visit the official website of CTET – www.ctet.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the ”Fill Online Application Form for CTET.”
Step 3: If you are a new candidate, start with the online registration.
Step 4: Fill the online application form.
Step 5: Upload scanned photograph and signature.
Step 6: Pay the prescribed application fee.
Step 7: Submit the details.
Step 8: The confirmation page will be displayed.
Step 9: Download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.

CTET Result
CTET 2024 results will be updated on the official website once it is declared by the conducting authority. The result is expected to be announced 6 weeks after the examination. Candidates will have to enter the credentials provided at the time of registration to login to the official website and view the results.
How to Check CTET Result?
By following the steps given below, candidates can view their results of CTET :
Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. www.ctet.nic.
Step 2: Click on the link which displays ‘CTET 2024 Result’.
Step 3: Result login page will appear. Enter your Roll Number and hit the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: The result of CTET will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download the same take a printout of the CTET scorecard for future reference.

Duration of Exam: 2:30 hours.
Question Paper Language: 20 different languages.
Type of Questions: MCQ.
Number of Questions: One hundred fifty.

Marking Scheme: +1 mark for every right answer and no negative marking.

CTET 2024 Admit Card
The admit card will be issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The admit card will be available for download on the official website. The admit card will be issued for only those candidates who have duly filled and submitted their application form for the CTET exam. Candidates will be required their registration number and date of birth in the space provided.
