How to Apply

Step 1. Candidate has to visit official website https://gpsc.gujarat.gov.in, Then new screen will open with various links.

Step 2. Download the GPSC Recruitment notification pdf, read complete details of vacancy.

Step 3. If you ensure that you have complete eligibility, may participate in recruitment

Step 4. Click on Online Application Form. After that new screen will be open

Step 5. Fill up your complete details in application form & upload scan documents.

Step 6. Re-check your filled application form before submission of final submit button.

Step 7. The applicant should pay the prescribed fee as specified through any of the four modes of payment online. Separate instructions have to be followed for each mode of payment.

Step 8. After payment of fee, the PDF GPSC application form 2024 for will be generated which contains the particulars furnished by the candidate. The ID no in PDF application form has to be quoted for future reference.

GPSC Pre Ex Pattern

The preliminary examination will consist of two paper of objective type (multiple choice questions). On the basis of marks obtained in this examination, candidates are declared qualified for Main Examination. Final selection list will be prepared only on the basis of marks obtained in Main Examination and Interview.This Examination is meant to serve as a screening test only and the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the Candidates, who are declared qualified for admission to the Main Examination, will not be counted for determining their final order of merit.

GPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2024

Main Examination will consist of a written examination. The Written examination will consist of six papers of conventional essay type questions. All papers are descriptive in nature. Each paper will be of three hours duration.For the Written Examination, there are basically six papers in GPSC Main Examination i.e. Gujarati, English, Essay, General Studies Paper 1, General Studies Paper 2 & General Studies Paper 3. Total marks assigned to Written Examination is 900. Based on the marks obtained in the Mains Examination by the Candidates are declared qualified for admission to the Interview Test (100 Marks).
