HP TET stands for Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. This test is commenced by the Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE). Validity: The TET qualifying certificate would remain valid for an appointment for 7 years from the date of declaration of result. There will be no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TET certificate. A person who has qualified TET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
HP TET 2024 Application Form
- Candidate must apply online on the official website only.
- Upload the scanned copy of photographs, signature and other documents like category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable).
- Candidates must check the application status continuously whether their online application form is received, under scrutiny, accepted, defective, status after rectification, Rejected with valid reason.
- Application fees will be paid through any of the electronic payment modes.

The HP TET exam is conducted to evaluate a candidate’s ability for becoming a government school teacher. The HP TET 2024 exam will act as an eligibility test for other upcoming recruitments.
