IGI Aviation Exam Pattern 2024 – Customer Service Agent Vacancy

1. The IGI Aviation CSA Exam contains the 100 objective type questions
2. It has the sbjects like General Awareness,  Aviation Knowledge, English Knowledge, Aptitude & Reasoning
3. Each question carries 1 mark
4. The level of the exam will be the 12th grade
5. The exam paper will be the bilingual (English & Hindi)

Pay Scale

• For IGI Aviation Delhi Customer Service Agent  Pay Scale Rs.15000/- to Rs.25000/-.

Selection Process :

• A candidate has to appear for a written test first.
• Candidates who qualify in the written test will appear for the personal round of interview at the company registered office in Delhi. The date & timing for the interview will be mention in the call letter which will be uploaded on the website.
• Based on the combined performance of the written test and personal round of interview, a candidate would be shortlisted for final selection subject to the successful completion of their character antecedent verification followed by a medical test.
