Educational Qualifications

• Candidates should have passed 10th/ 12th/ ITI, Driving Licence or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.

Age Limit

• Candidates’ age limit should be Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rule Regulation.

COAST GUARD GROUP C ELIGIBILITY

• Engine Driver:
  • Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
  • Certificate of competency as Engine Driver from a recognized Govt. Institute or equivalent.
  • Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
• Sarang Lascar:
  • Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
  • Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Govt. recognized Institute or equivalent.
  • Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
• Fireman:
  • Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
  • Should be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties
  • Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
  • Physical Test: 
    • Height: 165 cms, Chest: 81.5-85 cms
  • Endurance Test:
    • Carrying a man weighing 63.5 Kgs by fireman lift up to a distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds.
    • Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch by landing on both feet (long jump).
    • Climbing 3 meters vertical rope by hands and feet.
