OSSC CGL 2024: Eligibility Criteria

The interested candidates can apply only if they will satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in the official notification. The candidates must go through the educational qualification and age criteria provided below.

OSSC CGL 2024: Educational Qualification

• Candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University or Institution are eligible for the SSC CGL Recruitment 2024.
• The candidates must have good reading, writing, and speaking knowledge of the Odia language.
• Candidate must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a Subject or have Odia as a subject in his/her High School or VIII standard.

OSSC CGL 2024 Syllabus

The OSSC CGL syllabus 2024 has two parts, Paper1 and Paper2. Here are few important details regarding the OSSC CGL syllabus 2024:

• Both the papers have 100 marks each.
• Paper1 has two sections- Mathematics and Numerical Ability.
• Paper2 has four sections- Odia, English, Computer Awareness, General Knowledge.
• Paper1 is for one and a half hour.
• Paper2 is for one hour.
• There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 mark each.
