RTE Tamil Nadu Admission 2024: The application form for RTE Tamil Nadu will be released by the Directorate of government examinations, Tamil Nadu. The students between the age of 6 to 14 years will be provided opportunities through RTE Tamil Nadu Admission 2024-2025.

RTE Act is applicable for all states to provide free and compulsory education to the children of poor families. All the eligible applicants will be able to fill RTE application form 2024 in Tamilnadu. Candidates can also see 25% Reservation Intake Capacity (District and School Wise Details) and RTE Tamilnadu School List for admissions. As per the Tamil Nadu RTE Rules, every school must update the details of number of seats available on the website.

Eligibility Criteria for RTE Tamilnadu Admission 2024 – Who can Apply

Here is the complete eligibility criteria to apply online for RTE TN Admissions 2024-25:-

• Children of Parents falling under economically weaker sections, disadvantaged groups, disadvantaged groups-special category are eligible.
• For LKG admissions, date of birth must be b/w 1 July 2020 to 31 July 2021.
• For 1st Standard admission, date of birth must be b/w 31 July 2017 to 31 July 2018.
• Applicants from BC-others, MBC, ST, SC-others, SC-arunthathiyar, OC, DNC (Denotified communities), social category not disclosed are eligible.
• The annual income of the family of the applicant from all sources must not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.
• Disabled children, wards of scavengers and HIV infected among others would be given preference.

Procedure to Apply Online TN RTE Admission Application Form 2024

Step 1- Visit the Official Website of TN RTE Admission i.e. rte.tnschools.gov.in.

Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “Start Application“ button.

Step 3- The application Form page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4- Now enter the required details (Mention all the details such as given below):

• Name of the child
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Password
• Religion
• Community
• Mobile number
• Email ID
• Eligibility class as per date of birth

Step 5- After that you have to click on save

Step 6- You will get a message of successful registration and the application number will be displayed on your screen.

Step 7- Now you have to click on the options click here to login

Step 8- After that, Candidates can then make login using application number and password and click at “Login” button

Step 9- Applicants can proceed filling the RTE Tamil Nadu Admission 2024-24 online registration form by entering their parent details.

Step 10- Now you have to click on submit option
