The founder, Late Pt. Girdhari Lal Salwan, was born in the year 1902 in a remote village of Kartarpur, Punjab, in the family of Pt. Mool Raj Salwan. The family shifted to Peshawar in the erstwhile undivided India. The classrooms have been designed in such a way that there are large windows which allows ample natural light which is very essential for the student’s in these growing age. The senior Library is well stocked with around 3000 books, 37 journals and periodicals. It’s an enriched reference section with variety of books available on Sciences, Career counselling, self-motiivation, English, Hindi fiction, sports, hobbies and education with the aim to not only augument their knowledge but develop their interest in reading. The spacious Music Room of the school is well equipped with a wide variety of musical instruments. A well maintained audio system has been installled to encourage our budding musicians to keep the music alive.
